Local Church Website
I was originally brought in to manage and update the event information, but I couldn’t resist giving it a modern, streamlined look to make everything easier to navigate and more helpful for visitors. This is one of my favorite projects!
Hair & Beauty Salon
This project came with unique challenges, especially since the platform my friend uses has very limited creative flexibility. But I'm up a challenge! After three nights of work, we successfully launched the updated site just in time for her new salon opening.
The best part? I was treated to an authentic Chinese dinner, a Coach bag, and a follow-up project to redesign her other salon’s website.
Support Training Center
Our training process originally relied on long PDF manuals and full-day, lecture-style onboarding sessions. New Support Agents spent nearly eight hours reading through documentation, which became unsustainable as we onboarded more clients and our small team struggled to keep up.
To scale training and improve learning quality, our team shifted to an interactive LMS built in Zingtree, using decision-tree logic to guide agents through real support scenarios.
This transformation allowed multiple agents to train simultaneously, reduced onboarding time, and freed my team to focus on higher-impact tasks such as quality assurance, process improvements, and client-facing projects.
